[Suggestion] Make Ender Offset Wand Great Again?

Hello, I have a suggestion to make this tool more useful, can this item only reposition pattern textures for a given block, not on the whole chunk? The idea came about because I added a lot of my own blocks to my world that use this type of texture and placing them is quite problematic. The pattern of the walls that these blocks contain I need to be moved by the desired amount in a given direction, but each time this tool moves the textures on whole chunk, and I need to move those that interest me. Is it possible to do it or not?
