The scripts require Python >= 3.5

Getting Started

git clone repository

git clone https://github.com/ChildrensMedicalResearchInstitute/MutSa_Deficiency_ALT.git
cd MutSa_Deficiency_ALT

Prerequisites

Install python libraries:

pip install -r requirements.txt

Usage

Run the scripts from the scripts directory, example:

cd scripts
python3 Fig2A.py

Run with -h to see the command line options.
