solana_mc.service exit with code 1 when Telegram not set up

If Telegram iIDs are not set up during the installation solana_mc.service fails as enable_telegram_alerts = true in /home/sol/.solana-mc/config/config.toml

This var should be set up to false if no Telegram are passed

Also the difference isn't clear between rpc_endpoint & network_rpc. It works if we put for both https://api.devnet.solana.com, or this url for the first one and http://localhost:8899 for the second one as written there
