There's no documentation on how logging in is accomplished for users whom have SSO configured in Control.

Do we have any CLC accounts with SAML enabled that we can use for testing?

I don't have one setup myself but you could setup something as a test using OneLogin using https://www.ctl.io/knowledge-base/control-portal/using-saml-for-multi-factor-authentication-to-centurylink-control-portal/ ; I can probably play with it next week after vacation if required
