Not as good for identifying DNF drivers. Will continue with current implementation for the moment.

driver_stats_scatterplot sometimes have big legends that can cover part of the plot. It'd be helpful if we can place the legend outside of the graph.

Similarly, when driver_stats_lineplot is used to plot metrics other than positions, the driver name annotations may overlap with each other. It'd be helpful to have a legend outside of the plot.
