I've been working with some high mass companions lately and I noticed that when I use radvel derive -s file it no longer gives me the warning message when it switches to a different mass calculation. No error is returned when running the 'derive' command and the mpsini derived seems to be close to right value. I'm confused... Is the starting 'if' statement not being executed? Is this function still calculating the right mass?
The companion mass is something like 0.6-0.8 solar mass.
