BJ doesn't yet have the ability to mask the meteor. I think we need to produce "meteor files" but I'm not sure how to do that.

Send Jeff at least two raw images from the HD4628 dataset.

I downloaded three HD 4628 raw images from the KOA archive: j1000146.fits, j1000147.fits, and j1000148.fits.

I used these images to update and test my IDL code for creating a meteor file for a list of observations in an obslist file. I committed these IDL routines in 13a62fd.

The procedure for creating a meteor file and the format of a meteor file are documented here. A new environment variable GRAND_RAWDIR must contain the directory where the raw images are located.

The next step is try the software and run an iGrand case with and without the meteor file.

I was able to create a meteor file following @JeffValenti's instructions. I'm now running the HD4628 dataset with the new spline WLS and a meteor file.
