Updated Metadata Catalogue

@christophertull @dmarulli if not a big lift it might be good to update this metadata catalogue including additional key stats like the amount of AMI data and circulate with a future RFR (request for research). Also a nice opportunity to flex the growth of the CaDC :)

Not a bad idea, but unfortunately the lift is not as minor as one might hope. I gave it a try a couple years ago but ran into a bunch of R and/or docker errors and gave up 😅 . Not impossible, but would require some time dedicated by somebody to sort out technical bugs.
