There are two meanings which are quite approach ro "reloading".

To replace the whole class from old to a new one and finish this job during the interval of 2 request which may pull down the response speed a lot .
To keep the loaded class in "writable" status all the time but still be able to access a latest legal version even though it's being writing, which may be tough in checking the legality.
