Jam Info

Features added:

• Added jam_info module where you can set and get the info about the jams and event hosted in your respective server.

Please note that you cannot set more than one jam at a time in same server. Although you can host as many events/jams in different servers.

Improvements:

• Fixed some known bugs
• Updated Help command now it can show the aliases and other details(if there are any).
