did not automatically scan process when open; cannot edit amount of items

As the title, idk why but the first time i use CT, i can still do it (game version is 1.3.0 with CT v1.2.0) and then the following day, the problems appear, have to manually choose process and its uneditable the Amount sections, the 1.4.0 is here but thing is staying still. Hope you will work on it
