Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently we use arm-ttk to validate the ARM template generated from our bicep template. This validation is limited to checks on syntax and Azure api versions. But we don't know if the Azure deployment will work.

Describe the solution you'd like
We can use the action azure/arm-deploy@v1 to validate the deployment of our bicep template.
This actions can replace the current solution (arm-ttk) used to validate ARM templates
