Notes for getting Docker to run on Windows 10

• These notes only apply to Docker on Windows 10. The latest version of Docker leverages Windows 10's Hyper-V solution for virtual machines see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/virtualization/hyper-v-on-windows/quick-start/enable-hyper-v.
• With Hyper-V enabled you will need to remove VirtualBox if you have it installed. The 2 virtualization solutions don't play nice.
• If you have an older version of Docker for Windows installed you'll need to uninstall it completely including removing environmental variables that where set for Docker or Docker Toolbox.
• Do a reboot after any uninstall to clean things up.
• After reinstalling the latest version of Docker for Windows you should reboot to make sure everything gets configured properly, especially those env variables.
• This image relies on shared access to your C: drive. This will likely require you to open a port on whatever firewall your using. No fear, it's only opened locally and not exposed to the wider network. See https://docs.docker.com/docker-for-windows/#firewall-rules-for-shared-drives generally. With Docker set up and configured properly the A2J Docker image installs as it should.

If you absolutely need Virtualbox, on windows you can run docker-toolbox https://docs.docker.com/toolbox/toolbox_install_windows/ which will have diminished performance.
