Move constant.js to local files like styles

Some things that seemed initially like a good idea to put here in the shared deps repo are really more likely to diverge going forward and should just be local copies in each repo that eventually evolve into their own versions. Track them here and mark when copied/split:

• styles
• models/constants.js
• fixtures - for tests
