Update Documentation to use Eclipse 2024-06

There is an issue with BPMN2 related plugins. BPMN2 modeler (with its BPMN2 meta model) is not installable with Eclipse 2024-06:

Since development of BPMN2 modeler seems to be slowed down or stuck, let us document how to install, use, develop CARiSMA without BPMN2 related plugins.

BPMN2 modeler homepage tells that the version 1.5.4 (from 2022) "is part of Eclipse 2024-06": https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.bpmn2-modeler/releases/1.5.4:

Add a disclaimer like: "Currently BPMN2 modeler is not installable in Eclipse versions 2024-06 and newer. Therefore skip installation of BPMN2 related plugins. We update this documentation as soon as there is a new BPMN2 modeler version available that runs on current Eclipse versions.
