Run a dump of all available teams on strobe uwaterloo

Currently starting this on new branch soupFlow, the idea here is to cover every sport played at waterloo that was hosted on strobe.uwaterloo and dump the data into a consistent, neatly organized csv for every team. Also this would be way too time intensive to handle with manually looking up the team ids, but I now see a super quick & dirty way of getting the team ids using beautiful soup
