I didn't exactly clarify why I tossed which orders, but the referee wanted less jargon and less methods, so I chose not to expand (in fact, I might have cut more). All the jupyter notebooks will be open source, so folks can see the raw data.

Note to self: I'm not sure if I got to all the discussion section comments... might be worth double checking these, since I remember them being good.
