Resource for TESS lightcurves: "eleanor-lite"

If we find that some TESS lightcurves were not available automatically, we can now use a new resource: "eleanor-lite"

I am not sure if these lightcurves can be queried from lightkurve yet, but I think they should be. It may take time for them to percolate into the system...

Ok, as of lightkurve Pull Request #1220, lightkurve will be able to query author="GSFC-ELEANOR-LITE". Nice! To access this feature you'll need the main/branch version of lightkurve or wait until the next release...
