rendition combobox randomly won't fill up.

I'm trying to use this plugin but I've been facing a problem I can't seem to solve. I've set up everything and I see the combobox in my videos. It often works the first time I make changes to the player (but not always). the page loads and I can switch rendition with the player. Then if I reload the page, the combobox is there but with no value in it and only the label is displayed (quality). Using the debugger I can't seem to find a problem. Unfortunately I can't provide more info for now.
