Rotation non applied on CP_EIA package

Rotation not applied on CPL

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a PCB with a CP_EIA cap
2. Check that rotation ^CP_EIA- 180degree exits on rotation file

Expected behavior
Cap rotated 180 degree on CPL file
Loggers says it's rotated, but it is not, indeed this is the a C7 component in the CPL file of my sample
