As is becoming clear when I'm writing out the manual, -d is really just a different way to randomly seed a seed, like -i dice, -i cards, etc. Consistency would suggest it should be -i seedphrase.

Per dicussions with @wolfmcnally he feels that the difference is that -d will be deterministically chosen while the others will be randomly input. Probably true. But I question whether it's a difference without a distinction (e.g., whether users will understand it).

Nonetheless, that's how it's now explained in the manual.

I think it needs to be made very clear in the documentation that the --deterministic option is for testing and demonstration purposes only.
