p_commit_proof

• signals whether a Prover Commitment Bond is put down
• Bond is put up either by lead Sequencer UUID or by unrelated UUID (can be Prover, Prover Marketplace, other Sequencer, etc.)
• Might need to add another class that is included in interacting users (Prover UUID might not have staked to be active Sequencer, but holds balance, might want different instances for different categories of users here)
• If Bond is put down -> Highest ranking sequencer becomes canonical single leader for round. Bond is slashed if no rollup proof is finalized.
• If Bond is not put down -> Enter proof racing mode

Might want to rename - maybe instead p_commitment_bond
Need to manage commitment bond amount too
