Detect if Window is DPI Scaled

Expected behavior 预期的功能

Sometimes when other people try magpie, they fail to see much improvement and it is sometimes because the source window was scaled due to Windows DPI settings. If it is possible, it would be cool if Magpie could detect whether the source window is scaled and notify the user if so.
