Ability to remove/delete/disable specific commands

How to remove/disable certain commands ?

This is currently not implemented. All commands are enabled all the time and there is no way to disable some of them.

However, this could be implemented.
But I can not promise you that I will do this anytime soon. I'm not really active on this project anymore, since I have newer projects and other things in life going on.
But I'm open for PRs, if someone wants to implement something like this, or in general, a better permission system.

I will keep this open as feature request.
