How do I make my own splash screen?

How do I make my own splash screen? is the a file I can edit in photoshop? or what software do I need?

Hi!
The images are c arrays. You can find them in the ".h" files in src/media folder.
If you create an illustration with for example photoshop, convert it into a c array to use it. There are some online tools available to achieve this like for example https://javl.github.io/image2cpp/.
Guess this is the fastest way.

I know , I was hoping get more details about it. More like WHY aren't the base images in the repo to reproduce them? Should be part of the build. IMHO. dWiGhT

I complete my images in image processing software
again by
https://notisrac.github.io/FileToCArray/
Convert to CArray and paste the output array back into .h files in the src/media folder
Basically it is achievable

Hey, I don't mean to hijack this thread, but I hope to mount five in a 1U rackmount plate but only if I can customize the display.

Are the numbers not part of the image and are being rendered on top of the image?
Would someone please post an ELI5 version of achieving this with a non-default sample image and code?
