[Feat]Add Hover Effect with Brand Colors on Social Media Icons

Description

Current Behavior: All social media icons turn yellow on hover, matching the website theme.
Proposed Change: Add hover effects with the actual brand colors for each icon (e.g., pink for Instagram, black and white for GitHub and Twitter, blue for LinkedIn). This would improve visual recognition and align with the standard brand identities.

Benefits: Mention the benefits of using brand colors: enhanced recognizability and improved user experience by visually differentiating the icons.
