Hi, thank you for developing this great tool! I want to compare my results of running the tutorial on the lymph node with the results in the paper, but I'm having trouble finding the cell abundances for all cell types. Specifically, I'm not sure which of the results it should be in this directory within vitkl/cell2location_paper (or if the cell2location paper results are in another place entirely). I'm also interested in where the results/cell abundances from the gut analysis from the paper are, if you could help point me to the right place.
Additionally, by visual inspection of the plots, my results look very similar to those in the lymph node tutorial, but the scaling on the colorbars are different. For example, the scale of the abundance of T_CD4+_naive cells is 0-26 in the tutorial, but 0-10 in my results, though the spatial distribution looks similar between the two. Do you have any reasons for where this difference could be coming from? This is after downloading the same datasets, following a similar preprocessing, and following the tutorial to run cell2location.
Thanks!
