Cnano index page doesn't show table of contents

Regenerating the page does not seem to work, I'll keep this issue open to fix later.

Inspected a few things:

• Page is virtually identical to others that work
• Can reproduce on my fork
• Local build works
• Forcing a rebuild with a change on this page does nothing
• Switching to GH Actions deployment instead of GH Pages (there's a warning that Pages deployment can't satisfy gemfile dependencies) does nothing

Looks like a nontrivial problem.
