🐛 Bug Report

Use a blur hash as a placeholder causes flickers

Seems like the flickering was caused by multiple calls to placeholderbuilder.

Expected behavior

No flickers at all

Reproduction steps

CachedNetworkImage(
imageUrl: url,
placeholder: (context, url) {
return BlurHash(
hash: blurHashString,
);
},
fit: BoxFit.contain,
),
