Either this. Or add option to incorporate custom quotes sources, and allow committing reviewed sources of quotes to your repo, with quotes from different teachers, schools

Agreed. This would also help with the fact that some quotes are dubious.

Adding a field for the source of the quote would be very helpful:

  • it would redirect people to further reading
  • it would clarify the source (Theravada, Mahayana sutras etc)
  • it would help identity quotes that sound dharma-ish from other sources
