It seems your plugin is not properly installed.

Did you put the .jar in the extensions/plugins directory of your SonarQube install ?

Which version of SonarQube do you use ?

The plugin is configured for the language key 'objc' not 'objectivec'.
The parameters are all sonar.objectivec.* though.
