Bitcoin Gold Insight API setup guide

I know this is not correct to open issues for such questions but I don't know where to ask. Currently I'm truying to install Bitcoin Gold Insight API. The project seems to have all the necessary parts: bitcore-patched-fullnode, bitcore, bitcore-node, insight-api, insight-ui. Now I'm tying to combine all these pieces together into a working solution but unfortunately the documentation seems to be irrelevant to BTG. Also bitcore-node seems to be installing old version of bitcore. How do I force it to use the latest one from this repo? I think having a step-by-step guide would help people (like me) to host their own instances of bitcoin gold which in turn would help the community.
