Bug: reservations aren't cleared after fault

Problem Description

  1. After a fault is injectet, in recalculate_all_routes the reservations already set by a train are not reset
  2. reservations should be reset
  3. This may lead to reservations of trains on a track, that they will not drive accross anymore. Thous the reservations will never be cleared
