  • clean if necessary.

right now we are storing HFC-23 as a subclass of HFC, this deals with how to store the info, but not how the calculations are done.

@romainsacchi is doing the web UI, @cmutel and @tngTUDOR are responsible for the infrastructure, though @romainsacchi and @massimopizzol are actually doing most of the work on that front.

we should use the https://github.com/USEPA/Federal-LCA-Commons-Elementary-Flow-List/tree/master/fedelemflowlist library. It comes with UUID for each flow, just typing fedelemflowlist.get_flows(). We may need to create URIs with arborist.

The linking is partially done, file here but we need URI's of the flows
