Locking "Submit" Button on Surveys in Landscape Mode

We would like to fix the "Submit" button to the bottom of the screen when users are completing surveys in landscape mode so that the button does not obscure the content of the survey.

This is an example of how the "Submit" button appears currently in landscape mode.

This is not a pressing issue, since most users do not complete surveys in landscape mode, but would be a nice improvement to have.

@kijote0 Landscape modes were not supported for LAMP-activities. Could you please let us know where you see this issue?
