What's the problem this feature will solve?
To more efficiently adjust only a portion of a polygon

Describe the solution you'd like
The ability to select a subset of nodes (drag mouse while right-clicking, for example) which could be moved without altering the rest

If one has a large, complicated polygon and needs to uniformly expand one side that may have a dozen or more nodes, this feature would make the manipulation trivially easy. It would also prevent accidental adjustment of areas not needing to be changed

Alternative Solutions
None really other than adjusting every one of the dozen or more nodes.

This can be addressed easily exposing the interactive widgets. See #118 (comment)
