This should include:

• where connection with the database was lost or timed out, please alert the user and allow them to retry the request
• where the session timed out (If authentication (or session?) timed out, user should be informed #64), please alert the user and allow them to retry the request
• where other errors occur, please provide as much information to the user as possible
• please check there are no issues with the state when moving forwards/backwards in the user interface - following Check back/next buttons work consistently #48
• please check there are no issues with the state when moving forwards/backwards using the browser buttons
• please check there are no issues with the state when continuing from a previously saved session (e.g. when the user returns to the module at step 3 after having completed steps 1 and 2) - following Save decisions during project processing #39
