integrate kubectl-ai in VSCode extension

The idea is to bring kubectl-ai to the VSCode AKS extension to help developers fast generating the Kubernetes manifest within the AKS extension.

The goal for the extension is to bring the convenience to developers when they use AKS, we could make it more convenience by introducing kubectl-ai that is backed up by ChatGPT, thus providing developers the experience to fast write the YAML/JSON files that they need to declare K8s states for deployment.

Experience wise, thinking to have kubectl-ai as an assistant embedded in the VSCode, while the developer needs to write the manifest, he/she can call the agent of kubectl-ai by typing some keywords then following with the keywords that he/she wants to have, like "kubectl-ai scale to 3 replicas" then this command will generate the replicas in the manifest.
