🪲 Bug Report -Deploy VMs across Availability Zones recommendation isn't detecting during the collector script

Describe the bug

Once we run the collector script, it does not create Deploy VMs across Availability Zones recommendation for the virtual machines that are part of the incorrectly configured availability sets. seems its overlap with the recommendation from the Azure Advisor.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Create a VM with AV Set.
2. Run the collector script
3. Run the analyzer script

Expected behaviour

Deploy VMs across Availability Zones recommendation should be included in the impacted resources section in excel sheet
