Describe the bug

problem faced while Retrieve the application configuration.

http://myserver/axis-cgi/vaconfig.cgi?action=get&name=CrossLineDetection

i used this Url . and i expected response was .........OK
but i got page not found found error.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

Go to this URL :
http://username:password@IP-address/axis-cgi/vaconfig.cgi?action=get&name=CrossLineDetection
you may use postman or web Browser to check the error.
