Bug while starting the application

Describe the bug

I want to start the application using

http://myserver/axiscgi/applications/control.cgi?action=start&package=CrossLineDetection

this url. [http://root:[email protected]/axis-cgi/applications/control.cgi?action=start&package=CrossLineDetection ]

Expected result was , it should open the crossline detection page.. but i got response as page not found.
