Add D9 switch information.

Add a new section to https://manual.avolites.com/docs/networking/connecting-the-arena-to-a-network

Currently there are instructions for changing the TNS IP and managing this, though there is little information on the D9 Luminex switch.

Covers the default IP to access the web config for the D9 switch. This could be moved under a new heading with further information on configuring and resetting the switch.

1. Instructions on how to reset the switch to defaults - hold down the button next to the switch for 5 seconds, the lights will flash red. This will set the IP to the address written on a sticker on the switch inside the console.
2. Suggest https://www.luminex.be/products/software/araneo/ for discovering and managing the switch.
3. Clear instructions on the IP address of the switch management page.

I do not have access to a D9 or a luminex switch currently to write these instructions. If you do could you write a step-by-step guide and I will include it.
