Add mention of loopMIDI for USB Midi output

I recently wanted to output Midi to a USB device (to turn on LED keys of the device) using a T2 and discovered it only works with loopMIDI running on the same computer.

It could be useful for people in the same use case to add a mention of this requirement in the manual.
