macOS app cannot be opened #292

Describe the bug
Trying to open the macOS app produce an error.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Get a Mac
  2. Download the macOS app
  3. Un-zip the download file
  4. Double-click on Avolites Titan Manual.app
  5. Observe the Finder error

Expected behavior
The app should open, no?

  • OS: macOS 10.15.7
  • App Version 1.0.0

It seems to work for me on 10.14.6, can you try any of these answers and let us know if any worked

Also, is this the case for the .dmg as well?

chmod command didn't help, but the .dmg is working. Maybe remove the .zip to avoid this error?
