Page suggestion: software upgrade

It would be handy to have a page, e.g. manual.avolites.com/upgrade, where people can get enter: I have console X, currently running Titan X.X and I want to upgrade to Titan X.X. The page would then return instructions with links to download the installer and release notes, plus links to pages in the manual explaining licensing and Avo Keys.

I think many users find the upgrade process confusing and having one place where we send people to explain may help.

This would probably be easiest using client side JS and it would be nice if we could permalink to the instructions, this would also need to support i18n.
