We all know something about being outnumbered as open researchers at our institutes, but hopefully we're starting to feel less isolated.
By pooling what we've learned about how people come to open research practices, or what levers we've pulled to motivate major changes (e.g. having a department switch from closed source to open source software, having an institute create an "Open science" initiative) we can help each other grow our local open science communities more effectively than we could reasonably hope to alone.
