I am not sure what the OP is exactly referring to, but I have ran into an issue with node-turn in a video transmission app using Chromium which WebRTC ICE becomes failed after approx. 35-40s every time and the connection is disconnected. I have tried numerous things to remedy this issue to no effect. I will try to investigate it further.

Same here. Ran into the same issue on chromium, ice connection state changing to disconnected exactly after 40-42 seconds.
