[Documentation Request]: How/where do you link elements to thesauri?

If I add or update vocabularies, where and how do you adjust the settings for an element to allow a user to select from the new terms?

@howaskew that depends where it should be used. If it's for standard keywords (like the existing thesauri) then once you add the vocabulary it should be present in the keyword picker, eg:

If it's related to some other element then we may need to adjust the editor layout configuration.
