What does the Global Checkbox in the Colorbar view actually do? It appears non-functional. If it is important in an edge case, maybe move it into the Preferences view somewhere.

If global is checked the color map will be applied to all images that
are loaded in the linked
controller. If it is unchecked, the color map will only be applied to
the top (current) image in
the stack. I will add (missing) help to its tool tip.

We'll move the Global box into the Color Map tab of the Advanced settings.

It has been moved and renamed "Apply All" to try to make the meaning more transparent.
