Describe the bug
This subtlety rogue talent doesnt work.

Expected behavior
After casting Eviscerate, Rupture, and Black Powder it should increase the damage of the next use of the same finishing move by 30%. Lasts 30 sec.

Criticality
[ ] Breaking class : Sub rogue again unplayable without this.
